We provide psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic treatments to individual adults. Our practice is centered on a multitude of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions in integration with Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other therapy orientations like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic approaches, Mindfulness based interventions, and EMDR. All the assessment and treatment services offered use techniques and instruments that are evidence-based. We believe that you will feel welcomed walking into our office, and together we can work on the challenges or issues that are affecting you at this time.
