Anxiety can rise in many forms and with or without triggers. We could explore what is causing your anxiety and find healthy ways to manage it.

Too much anxiety can cause an enormous and very painful amount of distress, even though it is an emotion common to essentially all of us. Anxiety at times, when it is not too intense, can help in motivating or warning us about danger. When it starts to seriously impact our lives, perhaps becoming unpredictable and unhelpful, then it can paralyze us and become an anxiety disorder. There are several anxiety disorders; specific phobias, panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety are just a few examples of the anxiety disorders that we assess and treat.
